Tallman Ladders Inc. is privileged to have a Man-Wife team as Shop Foreman and Secretary. Albert & Ruth Duddles fill those positions, and stand by ready to help. Albert keeps things flowing in the shop and customers find Ruth a pleasure to deal with on the phone. Her knowledge of the product and Distributor locations helps her answer your questions.

Tallman Ladders Inc. does not use outside sales representatives to sell our products. We sell through Distributors, and try not to have too many in a given area (enough for competitiveness but yet recognizing the need for a reasonable profit). There are a few areas where we may not have a Distributor, and only then will deal factory direct.

On factory direct sales, we do require payment before shipping, and we will then ship freight collect to your location. The ladder(s) must be shipped by common carrier. They are over the size limit that UPS allows. Freight companies have a minimum freight charge, and in most cases it may cost the same to ship several ladders as it would one, depending upon ladder sizes, weights and destinations.
